One of the biggest problems in relationships is that we don't really know how to express ourselves ... and speak about our expectations.

Maybe that's a disability which many can't really know how to manage.

So ... we simple shut up.

Of course ... that there will be moments when we will try that ... consciously or unconsciously .... to say in all sorts of weird ways what we want ... but ...

Many, many times ... we just ... fail ...

It's true.

It's actually ... the scenario experienced by so, so many people.

But ... you see ... life continues even if we understand or not relationships.

So ... if we don't know how to act ... we simple endure the consequences.

And ... there comes a time when ... unfortunately ... we need to convince ourselves to shut up ... forever.

Stay into that story ... and not say a word anymore ... because we feel that if we say anything ... we will just ruin all.

Which is .... stupid ... into my opinion.

Unconsciously ... I personally realised that this was the way in how i've collected lots of frustrations into my soul.

And ... in fact ... i've became ... a time bomb .... randomly exploding in front of my partner from that time ... and not really understanding ... why.

It was all a total ... nonsense.

It's also funny... analysing my own past that i've also saw this at my ex partners.

... all of them.

But ... all happened cause i had no idea of how to ... negotiate.

So ... i've not properly explained myself and my illusory expectations ... decided to shut up not to annoy that woman from my life ... then accumulated lots of frustrations ... so that into the end to become an uncontrollable time bomb ... which nobody knew when it will actually explode.

And ... in fact ... ruin all.
